I ordered two 3ft heads and received one 3ft head & One 2ft head ,I reached out to the company via email about their mistake and I wasn't asking for a refund just replace there mistake In time for my two daughters graduation, But it was alot of back & forward and at the end of the convo build head NEVER!! fix there mistake and kept $90 +tax plus$30 for faster shipping.
