I know a little bit about batteries but I’m not a battery expert and don’t have the proper equipment to thoroughly evaluate batteries. I can say my initial impression of the Qimoo Lithium Battery is positive. On the mechanical side, the battery is a direct replacement for the lithium-ion battery that is currently in my solar lamp. While the positive and negative terminations were opposite from my current battery, it’s very easy to reverse the pins on the JST-2P plug so the polarity now matches my existing battery. On the electrical side, the battery arrived with a 3.9V charge. What I didn’t test was the built in Li-Ion battery safety features or the battery life from charge/discharge cycles. ... show more

    • two 18650s wired in 2p1s for 3.7v@5.2ah
with two 18650s, this powers micros for days and am using it with esp32 s3 t-display long. This battery should keep this unit running for weeks before needing a recharge. They are well made and should fill the need that they were made for. As always, don't try this at home unless you are well train in the field and know what you are doing and the risk. Using these batteries in something they were not made for carries the risk of harm to yourself or others and could even lead to death. Just don't do it. ... show more
