The machine was filthy inside but I cleaned it and tried it out. It seemed to be working fine until I saw a pool of water on the floor. Looking more at the machine I looked at the back and under to see that they glued the hose back on made it work that way. It not aligned where it's suppose to be and you can see the back isn't flushed together and because of that I guess that is why it leaks also. I was really hoping to like this why would you sell a refurbished machine as new. If that was what I wanted that's what I would've asked for ... show more

Great product! I bought it to wash my underwear separately instead of using the public washing machine. It's quick and easy to operate, with no assembly required. The washing power is strong and cleans clothes well. It has all the basic functions a washing machine should have, so for the price, it's a great deal. Just be careful not to overload it. The apartment I live in has no independent laundry equipment space. It is small and light, and can be arranged and stored at will. Although small in size, it is very powerful. It can wash more than a dozen T-shirts at a time without pressure, and it is a very successful purchase.

I like it for not going to the laundry mat, it works doing multiple loads through the week for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 toddler) The outtake hose is shorter than I’d like, but I have learned to set the washer in the bathtub while washing and that solves the issue (don’t think you can get away with putting the hose in a large bowl because it’ll just end in a flooded bathroom even in increments). The dry spinner gets the clothes super dry without the heat but not enough to just fold them and put them away, I put them outside on the line to dry. The spin dryer is pretty fragile as well so be careful not to overload it ... show more
