Used to put my ballin garland together and they helped me a lot. I did not inflate them so I don’t know how well they work on that part but for putting together a garland I recommend. They are very stretchy!

These were terrible. The metallic sheen came off on my hand as I tied them up. They also did not blow up evenly and did not hold their air well. The balloons would randomly pop after being twisted into shape (not over filled). The air quickly left the balloons and they were not good by the end of just 6 hours. I got these for my son's birthday and was left frustrated with the balloons: not just for their lack in quality, but also for the disappointment of my son.
