So you're getting what you pay for, but the customer support is really solid. I had a pedal rip out of the threads in the crank arm after a couple of weeks and they shipped replacement parts very quickly. As far as folding bikes go, it certainly doesn't get small, but it gets small enough to fit in a trunk. It's definitely the most cost effective folding bike with big wheels I could find. I swapped out the handlebars and seat stem for taller options for comfort. An extra $40, but definitely worth it. I assumed that because this bike folds, it would not be good quality. However, as a 280lbs man who's had it for over a year, I admit my assumption was wrong. I can quickly assemble and disassemble the bike so it fits in my car trunk. I replaced the seat and handle bars to turn it into more of a cruiser bike due to personal preference and lifestyle, but even that was easy due to the simplicity of the bike setup. Really horrible installation instructions, even after following the pamphlet and the youtube video, I encountered too many issues with the bike, was not worth the money. Better off paying 500 dollars at the local bike shop and getting a solidly built bike

Great bike! We use it daily, and it performs excellently. It's easy to fold, making transportation a breeze. The only issue was that the assembly instructions could be clearer in some parts.

It was received fairly quick (shipped from Canada and I live in the East coast of USA). Instructions are not great but I was able to put it together by myself (a completely unexperienced woman in bikes or mechanics). Just to make sure I took it to Dick’s Sporting for a basic check and tune up and they told me it was perfect. So far I’m enjoying it very much. It’s strong, convenient (folding), and beautiful. I only added a chair cover for comfort ;) ... show more

    • A Folding Bike
Bike arrived pretty quick. Our son bought the bike for his son. About the only complaint so far after a month is it arrived with some play where the Upper & Lower Bearings are located at inside the Head Tube, which is the part of the Frame between the Handle Bars ''Above'' & the Forks ''Down Below'', where they all fit together. I told him he should take it apart & check out the Bearings & man-o-man are they cheesy, in fact they started falling out, so he put it back together, but not without me telling him to put some grease on them... Apart from that, this Bike looks to be Well Built. The Rims look really strong & it has some Great Tires. The Bike needed some fine tuning, like snugging the Handle Bars & slight adjustment to both Wheels. They weren't quite straight for my liking, so I showed him how to correct that, by tacking a couple 2x4's onto the Deck, so he could re-align both Wheels, which he was able to do. I suggested run the Bike up to the Bike Shop, up around the corner & see if they carry better, (Heavy-Duty), Set of Front Bearings, but as with most adult children, He Knew Better.... At any rate, he took the bike to his sons house May 13th, 2023 & hasn't heard any complaints from his son, which is nice.... Only time will tell, but the Bike was priced right around where Bikes sold locally were at, of course they ran $100-$150 more since the shipping costs were included into the Retail price of those Bikes, but hey, it's a New-Bike & It Looks Sharp, But The Best Part Is, His Son Is Sooooo Happy.... ... show more
