Great bike, great price. This is heavier (65 lbs) than a regular “off road” bike. The extra weight is due to the battery and motor, but it makes for a smoother, more comfortable ride. The full size tires are great for any terrain and greatly contributes to safer riding experience. It is as good or better than many of the other over rated and over priced e-bikes. This bike operates perfectly. It is a beast to lift onto the bike rack however. I am a fairly fit guy and it takes a lot to lift and place. I am not impressed with the shock system. I ride off road, in grass and on gravel paths, often and it is very rough feeling. I wish the shocks would smooth the ride a bit more. ... show more

I like it. Fast and convenient. I tried it only for one day, so I have nothing more to say. There was two drawbacks: the bolt on the brake pad was too tight, it took two people to unscrew it. Also, the brake disc is slightly bent, but I think it happened during delivery. I will replace it later. But the delivery was fast, the bike arrived 2 days earlier, which made me very happy! ... show more

I really like this bike I have had a few electric bikes. This one is definitely the best bang for buck. It only goes 20mph when sent to you but if your like me and want more. You simply adjust the settings p8 and p13? Anyway it now goes 27 on flat and I've hit 36 down hill. The worst part is I could adjust even higher but I don't want to fry the motor. Anyway build very solid. Yes it could be better but you just won't find better for this price. It goes slightly faster than my old hitway. However the hitway was better but not for the price difference. Also rainbow stores answered my question very fast and it came later than expected. However it was on fedex so that that. Definitely made the right choice for my commute. I take it 6miles each way daily and it still comes back over half battery. One thing the real range is about 25 30 miles on just electric.the are all over rated but this one not by much. ... show more

    • Great ebike with solid build and great battery life.
This bike is a great! Bought this for my wife after we moved to an area that has significantly more hills. Was concerned with many of the e-bikes overall weight increase but this one is only in the 40lbs range. Very low center of gravity that my 10year old daughter is able to use it also. Bike is very smooth ride with the dual suspension. Both my wife and I are 200+ pounds and bike has no issues with supporting that. Very easy to assemble. Only concern I had was we could not get the front headlight to turn on. I contacted customer support who explained you have to hold the + on the display for 3 seconds which we did not see described in the instructions. Everything works great. Bike has decent power as I took it up a 25 degree incline and used only electric to test it out. Was able to make it but you could tell it was working at it. Using the electric assist mode made it extremely easy to climb that steep of an incline. Highly recommend this bike. Very solid build and good quality product. It's a good e bike but expect about 10 to 12 miles of throttle riding. NOT 25 + as they claim. I reached out to their customer service and they believe my battery may have become too hot during shipping, it was 110+ with the heat index and probably hotter inside a UPS truck, and are sending me a new one. Other than that the bike is awesome. It's the cheapest full-suspension e bike available but also has extra power with it's 48 volts, many e bikes wre only 36 volts, and it's 750 watt motor. (Many are just 250-500 watts). The extra power shows too. . . I can beat my pal's who have e bikes both in torque or quick speed and in top speed for this bike will go 28 mph and even more with a little down slope. I am happy with my order and the company had no issue in helping me get the bike running properly. ... show more

I've been looking at cheap e-bikes for several months and couldn't find ones with exactly the features I wanted for a price around $500...48v battery, minimum 500 watt motor (these are 750 watts), front suspension (these have front and back suspension, though, maybe my 185lbs isn't heavy enough but the rear suspension doesn't suspension very much), 7 speed, and 26" wheels. Plus these come with fenders, a headlight and a rack. I bought two of these for my wife and myself for $499, they've since gone up some. Very easy to put together and everything fit together and works. The only defects were a couple of dings in one of the fender and two missing screws in another fender. We've only put a few miles on them so I can't speak to maximum distance from the battery yet but these things will scoot. You have to be careful when you're starting out in pedal assist mode because when the motor kicks in it does so suddenly after you pedal a full rotation or however you have the settings for it set. One note, the listing doesn't show the full description if you're looking at the step-through models but it does for the step-over models. It says that the battery is removable, and it is with some wrenches and some work, but it's really meant to be charged in the bike. There's a plug on the bottom of the frame. It doesn't matter to me since I keep them in the garage but if you don't have a plug in where you're storing the bike it may be a problem since you can't easily remove the battery to charge it. I did try out the product support just to see how responsive they were and I got an answer back, phone call and text, later the same day of my inquiry. ... show more

Set it up quickly under 1 hour with my teenage boy. I rode it this morning to his school one mile away. He already has one e-bike and it was fun. The shocks are ok. The white color is nice. Bike frame is solid. The tyres are not bad. The motor is quick & responsive. At 20mph, I felt it was too much. Lmao. The vendor called me after I received it to help me with questions and how to operate the bike. Great service. May end up getting another one for …you know whom! Lol ... show more
