Pros: Minimal assembly (seat, handlebars, pedals, and light only). Brakes and shift cables already adjusted Removable battery w lock + keys. Everything worked ! Cons: Bike is extremely heavy Display is not super bright Mode and power buttons are very small. Seat height was to short for me (5'10") But you can easily add an extended length seat post. I've only taken it on one ride, but it worked flawlessly. It maxed out at 20mph (full electric mode) which is faster then I can cruise on my lightweight Cannondale road bike. Super quiet as advertised, the brakes were very responsive and stopped well. The battery came fully charged and after my 15 min tryout ride it still shows full. Took a 10 mile ride (still have not charged the battery) and the battery test shows 3 out of 4 . I rode with mostly on #5 (full assist) and some full electric mode. So if the Guage is accurate, 40 mile range might be about right. ... show more

The bike arrived and was easy to assemble but was missing multiple parts. Not sure if they weren’t included or got lost during shipping so I had to purchase additional things just to get it running. It worked great for awhile till the battery just gave out, out of nowhere. It wouldent take a charge anymore. I wasn’t sure what was wrong. Had it for a few months and poof. Wasted a lot of money, I really wanted to like it but it really wasn’t worth its price in the end. ... show more

Comes with a 250 watt motor NOT 350 watts as stated. Has a 36 volt 4.5 amp battery although manual says it has a 10.4 amp. Maximum range might hit 20 miles max on flat surfaces not 40 miles as stateAbsolutely no contact info support hotline in manual. Wanted to give it 3 stars but it keeps registering 4 for some reason ... show more

I'd reccomend changing out the tubbing for slime, but ive had it for about 6 months now, has a bit over 500 miles on it and its been great for getting to and from work since work is close. Also just a joy to ride in general, the gear shifter could use some work but overall, I like it

The media could not be loaded. This is annoying because I've had this bike for 4 or 5 months and I have a two year warranty so I'm waiting for them to message me back but this is annoying because if I didn't have enough control over the bike I could have died in the street
