easy set up, bike works fine, seat was a bit tough on the rump, changed the seat for a spring seat which was wider with more padding for the seat bones. Bike looks great, works great so far. Was skeptical with the few reviews available, but took a chance and am so glad I did. My Dad also bought one. We communicated with customer service beforehand and after with great communication. Bike was very well wrapped in shipping and arrived sooner than expected. Bike is peppy and easy to ride. We LOVE them. Great looking mountain bike. I contacted customer support it had been after the 30 day return deadline I have not received any response from their support line I can't find a number to call so I have to suggest that no one by this bike

Bike arrived within the predicted timeframe. There was some damage to the box presumably by the carrier and the seat clamp was loose inside the box and some of the pieces were missing and apparently fell out of the holes in the box. I contacted the company by email and they answered overnight and stated that they would send a new seat clamp free of charge (it’s only been a couple of days so the parts haven’t arrived yet). All of the other parts were wrapped safely and securely and with no damage or scratches. All required tools and instructions were included along with a video link if needed. I did have to drill the plastic plug out of the front wheel axle but was prepared for this by reading other reviews. The e-bike speed does not match my phone app odometer and I plan to make the tire setting changes on the display as recommended. There is no key to turn the bike on/off, just a power button. The only key is to take the battery off. This is my first e-bike, so I don’t know if others are the same, but this seems to be a safety/security issue to me. The only way to make sure a child doesn’t start it or thief take off on it is to remove the battery. ... show more
