Whoever vacuum sealed the item. Sealed the product in the heat source. Otherwise wise the product is worth the purchase.

I appreciate the quantity of embroidery floss included with his package. Also the quality of the embroidery floss is good. Unfortunately, I did not receive any floss bobbins.
