I really like the look of this product. It fit nearly perfectly in the existing 24” cabinet and the electrical connection was fairly easy, but you do need to hook in the pigtail supplied and wire it into your 220V line - it’s not a plug. It heated quickly to do the initial burn off of the surface oils. The controls are easy for me but not so much for my very elderly mom. They are a bit odd, particularly with the right timer/on knob that can turn the oven off when the timer dings. We won’t use that feature, just leave it in the on position and turn the oven on or off with the middle knob. She had a hard time turning the large knobs, but this shouldn’t be a problem for most. Her big complaint was that that there was only one baking rack supplied but two roasting pans she will never use. I’ve contacted the manufacturer about getting another rack. In the end she was able to turn the middle knob to “bake” and adjust the temp as needed. Great value for the money and nice clean modern looks. ... show more

I ahd to replace a 27" oven; this unit fit in the same space and was simple to install; I just have to frame around the opeing to finish; the best thie oven shipped in great shape - they do a rterrific job protecting it in transit; the handles on the isdes makes it easay to move around ; very simple install with the supply power cable; it looks great, works great, and you can't beat the price. -- Update: Do yourself a big favor, and save yourself a headache and a money loss. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN! It's been a headache. I bought the digital version of it, it has so many issues, starting with the digital screen to the oven temperature. A big mess. The seller contacted me to offer a refund and right away ended up backing off from their offer. Back-and-forth messages that took us nowhere. They referred me to watch the videos posted in this ad, the videos are from someone who wrote a mini review on youtube. Nothing useful there. Waste of time and waste of money. I guess that's what we get for buying an oven here. -- This oven looks great but could be better in all other aspects. I had it professionally installed and professionally customized the opening to adjust it to the oven size. What a waste of time and money! The temperature is not accurate, we are still working on that, we have only used it twice and both times was a waste of food. I bake a lot and this completely messes up my baking. Anyhow, my other main issue now, and the one that is driving us crazy is that we can not make the digital display stop flashing, We were able to set up the clock, but it is annoying to see all the dots continually flashing. Any help! I can't get through customer service so they can help. I have read the manual multiple times and Googled it a ton of times trying to find an answer or a fix to this. I am just ready to declare a loss and buy a fully working oven. I feel that I got a great deal, but it wasn't worth it. Is anybody else with this issue? By the way, I did buy the extended protection, but that is not helping either. I should have bought the non-digital version of this oven, I wonder if that is any better. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So the oven arrived damaged. The metal around the perimeter of the oven has been bent and scraped on both sides, but I got this oven on Black Friday sale and I don’t want to deal with returning it, since it doesn’t affect the temperature. Now for the review. My house is very old and I had a black 1978 Montgomery Ward oven in the wall, which still worked. But all my appliances are white and I wanted to update this oven. The inside dimensions were roughly the same but the outside of my old oven was 3 inches taller (picture of old oven is attached.) This required some carpentry work on the installer’s end, but when you have a limited selection of 24” white ovens, you make do with what you have. I am very happy with the end result. The oven does smell when you first burn it, so you will want to do a burn off, but the temperature is consistent and the oven is beautiful. I haven’t cooked in it yet, but I’m looking forward to it! ... show more

Ok so when you NEED an oven this size AND white, this is an awesome option. Apparently white ovens are made much anymore so the selection is small or the order time is long. I love this little oven. As any new appliance you gotta get to know it and adjust based on performance, but I absolutely love it. Cooks well, doesn't preheat quickly, easy install, easy clean, knobs aren't as precise as I'd like (like hearing or feeling an "off-click"). Seriously though worth it don't hesitate. ... show more

When our nearly 20 year old oven that came with our house broke between Thanksgiving and Christmas we were scrambling to try to come up with nearly $2K for a replacement. Happily we stumbled across Thermomate's products and were able to get a new oven very quickly without breaking the bank! Upon reading some reviews I was hesitant to be super trusting of the product at first, building in lots of extra cooking time to make sure everything I served was fully cooked. We have been cooking now for over 3 weeks through Christmas and New Year holidays and have had no issues! I'm very pleased with the oven so far. The only complaint I have is that some of the settings such as "Broil" and "Bake" seem opposite from standard big name ovens. If you purchase this oven, be sure to read the description of each setting so you know what to use for your cooking/baking needs. The dials are also a little unconventional but we have gotten a lot of compliments on the look of the oven many saying it looks European. ... show more
