Previously had a GE combo microwave/oven which flipped out and locked us out of the oven at 400F, microwave coating was coming off as well. Was going to just replace with another GE, until I found out that the LG has STEAM for baking! This is an outstanding feature for a bread baker! This microwave is much bigger than our previous one, and it also can bake, even convection. Absolutely LOVE this unit. My only regret is that we didn't buy it sooner.     • Warranty Not worth the paper!
Life is anything but good at LG! I Purchased a wall oven in April 2020 costing $3K and it stopped working end of Nov... I called LG to get it repaired under the warranty and they sent it to National platinum service who cancelled the repair because they don't work on double cabinet ovens... I repeated this same process four times before with LG and National. Each time LG repeated the same script and national cancelled. 1 month later I call for the 5th time and same BS 　 Its not a lamp or a fan I need this to cook with and feed my family. Now LG says they are going to escalate this for the second time withing 10 days! So next I'll get a message form this site saying to "Private Message" them... Nope from now on all of this BS is going public. If you buy any LG product don't expect their warranty to mean anything... You've been warned! I don't normally post good or bad comments but I'm gong to find every place to post my grievance that I can... I'm sure you will see this again! ... show more

I looked everywhere for this wall oven combo because it matched the rest of the new appliances in my kitchen. I finally found it on Amazon and ordered it immediately. Good thing too.
