I bought these felt pads to protect my newly refinished hardwood floors. They are a little smaller than needed but they work. I actually like that they are a little small because they stay on the chair legs better. The rubber is very strong and the felt pad is a nice size. I hope the felt lasts a long time. I will update if that is not the case. I like the clear rubber so you see the chair leg not the rubber. I am so far very happy with them. They do slide on the floor but it has been a little humid here and they do stick a little to the floor. But when the humidity is gone they slide fine. They fit onto the chair legs snuggly and aren't likely to come off unless I remove them. Superior option to the stick-on pads. I got the black with dark brown pad. They look good and they move smoothly over the vinyl plank floor. They do not glide, when I'm sitting in the chair, but they don't drag either. The whole point is not to gouge into the surface of the floor. These will prevent that. Worth the extra price vs. the stick-on, as I won't be constantly replacing them. ... show more

I waited for a while before writing this review because I wanted to see how they would work. I am very happy with them! They are super easy to put on the legs of the chairs. The feet of the legs of the chairs I have are an unusual shape. They have an adjustable flat peice at the bottom (almost like a coaster), so although the legs are super thin, the bottoms are bigger. So, it's hard to find a cover for them. I LOVE the fact that these have a cork-like surface on the bottom. It provides a layer of cushioning, and also helps them slide well, and they really LAST for a long time! I've had them for 4 months now, and I've only had to replace one of them!! And NO SCRATCHES on the floor! The clear plastic "sleeve" is nice as well, because it's not an "eye sore" to look at. Even though the bottoms have flattened a bit in spots, it's not the product's fault....It's just the way the bottom of the leg on my chairs work. I am VERY happy with this product! My husband and I have wooden floors. We have fought with keeping the felt pieces on our chairs! We have a shedding dog and ultimately the felt would be so inundated with dog hair. I bought these chairs from Home Depot. They were not very expensive but they had the look I liked. The problem with the chairs I bought they would make the loudest screeching noise when pulled out to sit. They also marked the floor. Another problem was some chairs came with, one type of feet and some chairs came with another type of feet. They both were annoying, I bought these Small Silicone Chair Leg Floor Protectors chair ends on Amazon they are a lifesaver. My chairs slide out easily now they feel elegant! I unscrewed the ends that came with the chairs and put the new Small Silicone Chair Leg Floor Protectors on chair ends directly onto the legs of chair. I have pictures of what the chairs came with and out of the boxes from Home Depot they came with two different types of screw on the ends both of them did not work well. I also have a picture of cheap chair sliders, and the pic they are clear with a red felt they kept falling off, They did not work at all. Thank God I found this company. I love my chairs now ! Now I feel so much better in my kitchen! Thank heavens for these Small Silicone Chair Leg Floor Protectors !! I got the smaller size .75 and now I am going to do my mom’s barstools. I will order from the same company but she has square legs. These are the best chair feet I’ve ever come across the cheap ones are not Made well do yourself a favor and buy from this company. ... show more

I really like these bottom of chair cover and highly recommend them. I had some pool chairs that didn’t have the soft part underneath the chair and it was scratching our Travertine tiles.
