The chairs are very comfortable because the legs are iron and stable, so the child can climb on and off and the chair does not tip over.

The install was easy if you follow the directions... like not to tighten until done... chairs are sturdy... they only thing is that after i put them together I had a stain on my pants I didn't notice & now its on the chairs...

We bought these for our kitchen island & they are the perfect head, beautiful color and relatively comfortable. The raised sides & the fact that the feet don’t slide easily at all make them awkward to get out of at least for a short person. We won’t be keeping them.
