I got this frame for my son after he broke his wood log bed. The first order came and was not the complete frame and missing over half the parts and no tools or bolts. I contacted Amazon and got a replacement sent right away and returned the other box at no charge. Great customer service! Wanted to make use of our old ikea trofast toy storage in our tiny guest bedroom (8x10ft) and thought about making a platform bed frame from scratch but came across this tall frame on Amazon. The twin XL length and 24 inch height was perfect! It's seems a bit wobbly when my kids thrash about on it, but my husband says the floor is probably to blame. It's not noisy so far. We haven't gotten a real mattress ordered yet but the air mattress has been tested out!     • Not Sturdy enough for me.
I love the height I sleep quality is great I sleep like a baby on this because it works well with my mattress. I don't recommend this high of a bed frame for anyone that is short and older because I'm five two, 44 and out of shape and I have to slightly climb onto my bed. But I love the storage space underneath which is why I got it in the first place. I love the way it looks. You can put some table curtains around the whole bed to make it look fancy. However it is not sturdy. I don't feel safe sleeping on top, especially when we turn around while sleeping. It is just my daughter and I sleeping on my bed and she is only on my bed on the weekends when her dad is visiting and is sleeping in her bed. Otherwise it's just me and I am not skinny and I'm not fat I'm average. There isn't any noise coming from the frame it's just not stable. I think the legs are too long for it to be sturdy and to offer any stability.
