The media could not be loaded. Surprisingly this washer/dryer works really well. The spinner worked perfectly as long as you don’t put too many clothes in. There is a water limit that is marked inside the washer which is helpful. The dryer works great I would recommend to have it leveled to better drain the water. I love this for the price ! 10/10 ... show more

Quiet, strong, Efficient. I like it Alot! Only used it a couple times. Not sure how long it will last. DO NOT overfill with clothing in wash or spin. It will break. Please be careful with it and it will wash clothes a long time.

I purchased this to wash baby clothes. We have a now 5 month old and with in a few months of use the spinner broke. Ok, cool whatever, there is a warranty through the company and through Amazon that I purchased at check out. Right? WRONG! The warranty wants me to reach out to the company, so I try to on here because I can't find any other means to, they say via an automation that since it was shipped via Amazon to contact them and it sends me through the whole Amazon chat. Then Amazon tells me to contact the company and there is goes back and forth with no one wanting to honor ANY warranty! So now I'm having to wring out my baby's clothes by hand instead of having a 2 minute spin. Thanks for nothing Amazon, this seller, and asurion extra warranty. Thanks for nothing ... show more

I love the fact that I don't have to wash clothes by hand. However it does take a while to do one load. I take one load and make several smaller loads. The hose that came with it does not fit any of my faucets, so I use a bucket of water to fill it up, it works just fine. I know it has its draw backs, but I would rather have it than not have it. I honestly thought most of the 5 star reviews were just dramatic. I’m actually blown away by this tiny little thing. It feels very easy bake oven of washing machines, but that’s what makes it fun! Now I feel like I’ll actually do my laundry. It’s powerful, relatively quiet, and it’s so small that storage will be so easy.
