Color: 04# White Brush + Green Palette
I bought this 21 piece AuoCattail nail brush, design tools and pallet set. It just arrived. It doesn't look bad. In fact it is kind of cute in a kids toy sort of way. But it came in the wrong color from what I had ordered. Which was 'GREEN' the #4 GREEN. I was suppose to be a green pallet with pink handle design tools set and white handle handle brushes set , at least that was what the picture showed when I clicked on the #4 Green to order it. (Why not all green for the green set and pink for the pink set?) When I open the package I noticed that everything was pink. ( I hate pink, I am not a pink girl. I love Green.) Anyway, I bought these specifically for the design tools. So that I can use the silicone tool tips to help me blend in my Pastel Drawings. ( I don't do nails, not that important to me) It is a pretty set even though I would much prefer the Green Set that I had ordered. Not the pink. Not sure why I got pink?... Each designs tool has white silicone tips, each with a different shape on one end and metal ball like tip, each with different size, on the other end. They are a little more flimsy than what I wanted. So hopefully I can make them work. maybe they wont break when I apply too much pressure while blend out my pastel drawings. The brushes may be okay, to use in watercolors, but unfortunately, the handles to the brushes are of a very very cheap flimsy plastic. (Think kids art brushes) It would have been nicer if you could have made the handles like the design tools, which is a clear plastic and a pretty pink twirl design in side. (why does everyone like pink?! Why not green? Especially if it is suppose to be a 'Green set' ?) Which seems more sturdier, than the ones on the brushes which will probably break if too much pressure is applied, whether you are using them for painting nails or in other art works. The little pallet is cute. But it is smaller than I had hoped for. It does fit in the palm of your hand. But would have liked it better if it was a lot bigger. For me, it maybe only useful as a decoration than a tool for mixing. Really not big enough to mix any type of paint whether it is nail polish or any other type of other art paint. Cause you could only mix one color at a time and then have to clean it off to mix another color. Which could waste paint. If you like pink , which I don't. You will be tickled pink with this product. It seems that no matter the color you order all you will get is pink, which is the one of the most disappointing thing I have to say about the product ,other than the paint brush handles with is not much better than the cheep brushes that you get in a kids watercolor or paint sets at a discount store. An the tiny cute pallet. But this set would be a great starter kit for any child that wishes to do nail art. or any art. But not for an adult unless the pallet is bigger and the brush handles are thicker, bigger and hopefully as sturdier like the design tool (fingers crossed). And of course if you get the color you order, (which mine should have been the 'Green Set' and not some other color, like pink. Not sure why this happened, but it may be because the brushes and design tool handles don't match the color of the pallet when you place the order. If it is a pink set than all should be pink , purple than all should be purple and if it is the Green set than all should be green and so on. So, that is the only thing I see that could have gotten the sender mixed up, Is because they grabbed one set thinking they were grabbing another. An they got the order wrong. So, just upon looking at the nail design kit the color mix up and the handles is my only disappointment so far. Would I recommend it this product? Yes, for a child's starter kit or someone starting out trying to do nail art and are on a budget. (But I will warn them they may not get the color they ordered) Would I buy again this product again? Yes, If the blending tools works well for what I need them for and the brush tips don't fall apart when using them, I would order again, but only if I could get the 'color I ordered'. (the brushes themselves look like they are well made, securely in their metal holders and upon looking at them I don't see an issue yet with the brush hairs, hopefully they will do the job I need them for.) The Brush handles on the other hand don't look like they will last or at least will break if too much pressure is applied to them, even for a child. but we we see.) The brush sizes comes in various side to really thin tip detailed brush to a fan brush. If the brush handles surprises me and hold up than I would recommend this set to be added to any Nail Artist or Regular Artist art supplies, especially if you are on a budget. They came in a very pretty long black box with the name of AuoCattail in gold lettering, Very pretty packaging. The nail design tool, and the brushes came in their own individual, thick plastic holders and every brush, except the fan brushes, had a plastic artist protector over each brush to protect the bristles and their tips. The little pallet also came in plastic, though not as thick as the others items. So everything was well protect though to note: I had it shipped in an amazon box along with the rest of my order, so they packaged it so it wouldn't move around during shipping. So like I said I would recommend as a starter art or nail art kit for kids or young adults on a budget. If they hold up, I would differently buy again but only if I can get my GREEN color. That was so far the most disappoint I had with this order as well as the tiny pallet. (Should be at least twice the size to be of any usefulness.) and I am unsure if the brush handles will hold up during use or long term use. That was why I gave this product just three stars instead of the five stars I wanted to give it. It is a pretty little Nail set, but brushes handles are cheap an may not hold up to pressure, too small of pallet to be helpful in mixing lots of colors, but cute and Wrong Wrong Color than what I ordered. I ordered #4 Green. But if you are on a budget or just starting out, than these will are priced low enough as a starter kit. It should be affordable for the quantity that you get. Not sure about the quality of this product yet.. Again just be advised that you may be disappointed if you don't get the color your order. (Pink is not the new GREEN.) But if you like pink then you will be very tickled PINK with this order. Thank you. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This product contains so many nail brushes and tools that will be so helpful in nail art. Included with the brushes is a resin pallet which I have been wanting for mixing colors and doing some special effects like marbling. I'm also going to be putting my videos on YouTube eventually. ... show more

Good quality tools! I use the flat stone piece to mix my polishes together all the time and everything comes off of it like butter with polish remover and it doesn’t dull the stone or make it look wonky in any way. Still looks brand new after use!
