The media could not be loaded. Got this tablet to watch YouTube videos and short movies. Video always plays smooth. Good audio. I also liked that it charges quickly, 100% in less than an hour. Android 14 is already installed. It comes with a protective rubbery case (see picture) and screen protector installed. The case has a built-in easel that is very convenient. UPDATE: Seller is very responsive and resolved the issue promptly. Very satisfied with the outcome. Although i may have had one issue with the product, it does have very good reviews so if you are interested in purchasing it, its worth a shot. The product does hold a charge well and had some other positives about it. It's great that it comes with a protective cover as well. Returned the first tablet due to issue with it dropping internet connection when my daughter tries to play a game. Amazon sent another. Same issue.
