These are by far the best tablets you can buy for your kids. Leapfrogs were junk compared to this for the same price. And it comes with the very nice durable case and two screen protectors. My rowdy three and five year olds haven't managed to break/scratch them. They run so smoothly. It allows you to set up a kids platform through Google that you can tailor exactly for your children, so my kids can only see free apps with no in app purchases and only apps that are teacher approved for kids their age. Plus it sends a message to my phone to approve any downloads and you an set a time limit, limit Internet access, etc. perfect for kids any age. And even adults! I want one lol. The handle on the included case is great for little hands and very durable compared to a lot of stands/handles. We purchased two of these tablets and it has been about four months now with no issues and both my 3 and 5 year old love it! They're learning so much too! Also, you an connect Bluetooth headphones. It has a big screen. Battery life is great. Never freezes, apps open quickly. I cannot believe the quality and value. I have nothing negative to say.     • Good bang for the buck except for one little item

I bought this as a point-of-sale terminal for craft shows. It works perfectly with Square and the Square reader. Generally, it is a very nice unit, and the heavy duty case is definitely a plus. I have not had any issues installing programs or using Bluetooth (a keyboard, and the Square reader). Not the fastest kid on the block, but that's expected at this price. However, I deducted a star for charging. It has a USB-C connector for charging and to connect to a PC, but for some reasons it will NOT charge with a USB-C to USB-C cable or directly to a USB-C charger. You have to use a USB-C to standard USB connector and then to a standard charger. Not sure why this is except that it is obviously not USB-C compliant. And even when you get it charging it is SOOO SLOOOWWW. I have never seen anything charge slower. From 50% to 100% takes several hours, with the unit sitting idle and screen off. For my purposes I can live with this. When I use it at a craft fair it is constantly on a charger. But if it was my daily "go-to" tablet this would be a return just because of the slow charging time. Just keep this in mind. No "quick topping off the battery" if that is your habit. ... show more

We brought this tablet as a replacement/upgrade for our son as has his fire tablet had stability issues running minecraft and some of the roblox games he likes to play. We have been very pleased with it's performance so far as it handles both games well without issue. The included cover seems to offer good protection and the built in stand works well in a variety of positions. We also like that the tablet came with a screen protector already installed. Our son also uses it to play a lot of media and likes the large, clear screen. I definitely like that it is has plain old android on the tablet. I've never been a big fan of the Amazon UI on their tablets, but did like their kids mode. I'm happy to report that android kids seems to offer a similar experience for younger children, but for older children it seems too restrictive. My son is 11 so I ended up setting up a regular account with some parental controls. I do wish google offered more of a step between, but that's android related and not the tablet's fault. The only issue we have had with the tablet is charging. When the tablet first arrived, we noticed it seemed to charge ok with the factory charger and some of the older chargers we had around, but on many of our "smart" chargers capable of higher wattages, it didn't charge or would charge very slowly. It was little annoying, but wasn't a show stopper so we didn't worry too much about it as it had good battery life between charges. Unfortunately, about a month into using it, it stopped taking a charge from any charger. We tried multiple different ones, but none worked. Fortunately when I emailed customer service, they responded promptly to troubleshoot the issue and then process a replacement. My 5 year old absolutely loves this thing. The previous tablet he had was a MatrixPad S8 which lacked a decent video card making it impossible to play more graphical games which is why we decided to upgrade. This tablet is very snappy and plays everything we have thrown at it so far. You can tell by the weight of the device that there is good hardware inside it. The screen is vibrant and responsive however I did have to remove the screen protector because it wasn't very responsive when it was installed. Not a big deal for me because the plastic screen protectors get scratched quickly and I end up taking them off anyway. I would suggest getting tempered glass if you need a screen protector. It has a thick squishy case and has already hit the floor a few times with no issues. It also comes with Kid's Space which changes the UI to be easier for Kids to navigate which is a huge plus for me coming from tablets that didn't have this feature. All in all for the money you won't find a better deal for the hardware that is inside it. You can even register for a lifetime warranty from any defects. Zero complaints here. ... show more

This tablet comes with a very nice case and the screen is clear. It’s easy to use and my daughter enjoys it. It comes with a warranty and we have had an easy time communicating with the company with any questions we have had, showing excellent customer service. It’s a good buy for your money.
