The charger looks very durable, and comes with a nice case. I now charge my Rivian at Tesla supercharging station instead of going to other unreliable ev charging stations. The charging session starts automatically around 10s after you plug in with the adapter. Highly recommended

Honestly, this Ecogenix NACS to CCS1 Adapter has made my EV life so much easier. I drive a Mach-E, and as a CCS1 owner, I was kinda stuck on where I could charge my car, especially when hitting the road. The moment I saw this adapter could tap into Tesla’s Supercharger network, I had to give it a go. First off, installation is idiot-proof. You just plug it into the charger and connect it to your car. Done. No tools, no fuss. Plus, it’s small enough to toss in my glove compartment, so I always have it handy. I saw someone say that the MachE doesn't work, so I went to Tesla's website to check which car companies the Tesla Supercharger has developed charging protocols for. Supported: Ford, Rivian Coming Soon: Nissan, General Motors, Volvo, Polestar, Mercedes-Benz Obviously Ford and Tesla work well together, the TX has a few NACS ports that are broken, you can swap out another Tesla Supercharger, it has nothing to do with the Ecogenix adapter. Or you can contact the Ecogenix customer service, they have the most patient customer service I've ever encountered. If you’re a CCS1 EV owner and wanna make your charging life easier, get this adapter. It's totally worth it. I’ll probably keep it even after I get the official Tesla one. ... show more

I was hoping this would help me use Tesla superchargers with my Ford MachE but alas, it would not work. It fit fine with both the Tesla and CCS side and and everything looked fine, but the car would not recognize the power supply. The small manual that came with it mentioned Rivian so perhaps it was only compatible with those EVs, but theoretically I thought it would work with the Ford. Returned. ... show more
