Item was consistent with the description. I have a corgi and this fit fine overall. However, if you have a small dog or a dog with a small head, this may be too large. I like this package because it came with more than one item and it is a good value. The bandana matches the measurements and I am planning to use it as display mostly. The grad cap fit my dog, however, she is a 12pound chihuahua mix and I feel like the hat looks big on her. Almost same size as her face.
