I bought this product about 2 months ago, and is great! the specifications are the same, no physical details on the mac whatsoever. Since it's a renewed product it did came with 90%-87% of battery life(kind of disappointed because I thought it could be changed), and the charger cable was not usable(burned on each end). If that could be a problem for you, then don't take the risk. I am happy with what I bought because of price and I did know these details on amazon renewed products beforehand, but if you don't have a problem, you should definitely have this in mind. ... show more

I purchased a laptop computer from this vender. The computer was defective with weird lines appearing on the screen. I returned the damaged computer expecting a full refund for the damaged goods and received only $100 back. They charged me a $1400 restocking fee! I complained to Amazon who has been unsuccessful in getting my money back from the vendor and so far Amazon is claiming that I am not entitled to Amazon’s A to Z guarantee and won’t make good on the refund. I am livid. It is completely unacceptable that I cannot get refunded in full for the return of damaged goods! I love,love, love my new MacBook Pro . I chose “excellent condition “ when purchasing the Mac . And that is exactly what I got ! The pictures provided were taken day 3 of having the Mac . The pictures are of the Mac with a clear case on and a clear keyboard cover. The Mac functions well and is in excellent condition. There are no scratches or marks on the Mac. This looks like a new unit! The only downside is that I was not able to purchase AppleCare for the Mac as the Mac is out of the period for AppleCare purchase . I purchased this laptop after my previous one (macbook pro 2017) broke a few months ago. Overall it is very nice and easy to bring around. It is very fast with the M2 chip and came with the newest OS on it. It's a different feel from my last laptop since the bottom is thicker, but it does feel somehow a lot lighter than my previous 15 inch laptop. I also appreciate the added ports for USBC, HDMI and SD card. I do recommend this laptop for anyone who is considering. It came within a reasonable amount of time (I believe a week or less).
