Update. Scanner is working perfect now. I had an issue but foxwell and the sellers were able to assist within 24 hours. It’s a one of a kind scanners and does the job with lots of features. OLD REVIEW: So I can’t read any vehicle codes because when you create an account you need to activate the serial number in order to get updates… but this certain serial number had apparently been activated by someone else so I cannot access the applications!!! I tried reaching out to fox well but if they can’t help me then possibly will return. Not sure why a “new” product would already be activated… ... show more

NOTICE! Be real careful of this seller. From my review comments below which were not negative, just noting the unit was not for me. I got an message on Amazon that they wanted me happy and offered a "Full Refund". I couldn't believe it as it sounded too good to be true (you know what that means) as it was almost 1 year after I purchased the unit. After multiple emails with "Aimee" (I'm sure not a real person and no signature) I was told I had to email another "department"??? Should have been a red flag but I did. That did not go thru so Aimee sent another message with 3 attachments (I didn't open). This is when I smartened up and reported the seller. I'm done with Foxwell and advise extreme caution if you purchase any of their products. If they aren't aware of a scammer, they should be as everything went thru Amazon messages related to the purchase. Live an learn! Probably more tool than I needed. I don't find it user friendly and originally bought it to reset TPMS on my Silverado. Multiple attempts have failed so I wish I hadn't purchased it as I really don't need the diagnostic features very often to justify the cost. There are no clear instructions or Youtube videos showing exactly what to do to reset the TPMS that I have found. Going to try the cheap tools you put on the tire to pick up the sensor and see if that does it but not confident that will work either. Software is responsive and I'm an Android guy so it makes sense using it. Just a weekend warrior in the garage so not smart enough to make this work for me. ... show more

Nice tool. Gives numerous read outs and stores them. It also gives you numerous read outs so you need to figure out which item is the broken one. I still like it very much.

Definitely worth the money. Works great haven't had an issue with it yet. It connects to everything I need and it actually surprised me. Every once in a blue moon it takes a min to connect to certain vehicles but besides that it does way more then I thought it would do. Also the battery life on it seems to last forever ... show more

I've only used it for a 2000 Ford F250, but it pulled the transmission error code which completely described the problem I've been having. The unit is well built and has loads of car libraries, so I can recommend this product.

Top part is an addendum to initial review. The seller’s customer service was astounding. They were very responsive, and very helpful. I had already returned my code reader and placed the review below. They were helpful and worked hard to make the situation right. Will definitely buy from this seller again. Tried this out for my 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500. Engine light was not on. Plugged it in just to see how it works. I got over 40 codes, my engine light turned on, and I couldn’t clear any codes. It kept on saying error in clearing codes. Had to disconnect and drive truck for 20 minutes for it to run well again and the engine light went off. Promptly returned product. ... show more

Works great so far. Was able to reset my TPS sensors for my Ram1500. Found codes I wasn't aware of on my daughters chrysler seabring. You can search codes right from the web when connected to wifi. Make sure you run the update when you first recieve it. Will take a bit.
