I fought this hard and am still completely frustrated that this item has half of the features that were listed when it arrived. THIS IS NOT A TOUCHSCREEN NOR DOES IT HAVE A BACK LIT KEYBOARD! The company blames it on Amazon and the company literally gave me 40 dollars for my troubles. Seriously doesn’t cover the product arriving without the specified features! But ofcourse had already loaded info in computer and decided to just move on. But after having it for more than 3 months now I am seriously disappointed that it does not have the touchscreen or backlit keyboard. Don’t get if you want these features. ... show more

    • Problems after 6 months and not under warranty!
Most things are great about this laptop and it arrived in new condition. However, beware as these laptops were purchased under the name of the Amazon store owner so you won’t be able to use the Dell warranty. After 6 months of owning my laptop , the charging port must have gotten dislodged on the inside. I have to prop it in a certain position to get it to charge. This was not due to a fall or any mishandling. I called Dell to get it fixed since it was only 6 months old and they told me the laptop was purchased by someone else 1 year and 45 days ago so it was not covered by the warranty! I would have to pay for shipping and repairs myself on a 6-month old laptop. The laptop is useable but extremely inconvenient and impractical for something I spent $600 on. ... show more

Well my son told me when he saw what ai bought and said ya know Microsoft is going to push downloading all of their products and software! Plus it seems to be constantly trying to update my computer when I start it up and am trying to use it? On both counts both are annoying as can be!!
