If you are looking at this PC then you are probably already searched and haven't found -How loud it is -How fast it is -What type of z490 MOBO does it have and CPU cooler ANSWERS - Not loud at all stock settings playing CSGO, SMITE, and PUBG. Didn't get loud once. The fans will spin harder if it reaches a certain level to cool it, it will stop once it reaches its previous cooling %. I recently got into VR and decided to upgrade my 12-year-old HP desktop with a gaming computer. My old HP has had a few upgrades over the years, and it still works well for office applications. Because of this, I decided to go with HP again. I bought an Omen L30 directly from HP and made sure to get all of the high-end features so that it could handle playing VR. After one week of playing VR on it, the water cooler busted. I contacted HP and their customer service is very impressive. I sent it in to them to be repaired and they were really great about keeping me updated. All of their customer service reps are very nice and I really felt like they really wanted me to be happy. They were unable to get a new water cooler for 8 weeks and offered to send me a new computer. Since their shipping times can be slow, I asked for a refund instead. Then I came here to Amazon and bought the same computer from Eluktronics. They got my new computer to me the day after I placed my order, which is very impressive. I have no other experience dealing with Eluktronics but if you're looking to get a computer fast, they don't play around when it comes to shipping. As for HP, it was their superior customer service and my past good experiences with their products that prompted me to take the chance of getting another Omen. So far the new Omen is working as it should. I will update this review if I have any problems with it. I will say that it's worth the risk because HP will take care of you as long as you are still under warranty. ... show more

    • One of the best PCs I had in a while but with a pricy tag..
TLDR: If you have the money for it, it's worth buying this for sure. You can buy parts separately, but the cost isn't significantly different. I usually like building my own PC, but I let the company do the manual labor this time. With that said, this is still very expensive buy. However, it seems to be worth it so far. PROs: Unlike what some people complained, I do not get any fan noise that's more than normal. TBH, it's a lot quieter than my other machines (3 desktops and 4 laptops that are also relatively new). I did realize GPU usage goes up a lot if you have multi-monitor setup during gaming though. However, it wasn't in the red zone, so I guess that's good. Performance-wise I am very satisfied. I forgot to mention that I did optimize the system a bit when I first got it. However, I remember it ran very smooth even before I did so. CONs: The case had a scratch and a minor dent, but I guess that could be delivery issue. Also, the CPU LED lights never worked since day 1. All the cables from it seem to be hooked up correctly. I may check if I have spare cables to swap them out and see if that fixes it. Finally, I just wish there was more storage expansion I could add. Mine came with two SSD with 2TB each. I added a HDD and still have 3-4 additional SSDs I want to add. I process music and graphics a lot, so the storage limitation issue is no joke. I will probably hook them up through USB and external harness, but it'll be ugly. ... show more

I bought this in anticipation of Cyberpunk 2077 and paired it with an LG OLED 48" TV. The graphics were absolutely stunning! At 4k ultra settings with ray tracing and DLSS enabled I was able to get just under 60 FPS. (Also I managed to avoid many of the bugs/quality issues users seem to have on lower-end systems.) The mouse and keyboard are pretty average, so if you're looking for a top-notch gaming experience consider getting separate peripherals. ... show more

I just want to start off by saying that the company that sent this computer is STELLAR!!! It wasn't their fault that the PC came defective. The fans and cooler sounded like a jet engine was getting ready for take-off. It was hard to even hear each other talk. Tech support was amazing and when we explained that we wanted to return it they were EXTREMELY supportive. The computer itself without the overheating problem was amazing. Gorgeous chassis, graphics were amazing and the gameplay was seamless. It ran perfectly other than the broken part. Would recommend this company to anyone.
