It was easy to set up, the speed first couple of days was super fast but after that it seems like it slowed just slightly but still gets the job of internet surfing done with no extended delays. was excited when I got this computer. It's lightweight & I got the gold color ( I think!) I had it a few weeks because I really wanted to keep it but unfortunately I need a computer with larger hard drive as my work is very graphic heavy and those end up being large files. So reluctantly I returned it. Wish I had found use for it, but it just wasn't what I needed at this time. Even thought about giving it to my grand daughter but she already had a school issued one. I have had nothing but problems with this laptop!!!! It is super slow!!! Takes hours to load anything. We have tried everything to get this to work. What a waste of 300 and something dollars!!! Highly disappointed and very unsatisfied!!!

purchased in june of last year and due to circumstances share this with my mom. can run basic games like minecraft and roblox pretty okay, laggy but you can make do. for the price its a good laptop for school/work use and can handle multiple profiles being stored. no problems with battery life, everything is pretty much as you expect. would recommend for someone who cant afford but needs a laptop. pink color also comes as shown. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The color is pretty and it’s a good sized laptop. Needed something quick for online training purposes, but it’s not high quality like other laptops I’ve owned. It is a little slow, but so far it’s not too bad.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for school and to play games. Installation was pretty easy. The laptop has been updated, and all seems fine until now. However, we tried to download Roblox, but the system says it has a problem, and I cannot fix this. Also, the laptop includes a year of Microsoft Personal, which is not the case. It only gave me five days free, and I need to purchase a membership after this. We got an excellent laptop for the price, and most importantly, my son is happy. ... show more
