This was a complete FAILURE on Global Certified Authentic's part. When the product arrived at my door I was highly excited to open it and package it as a gift to my son who is an over the road driver. When I opened the product and inspected the unit I was disappointed to find the following: The casing had a deep scratch on the bottom of the unit. Multiple others all over the device. The charging port was completely useless. It looked as if there was a broken charger snapped off inside the port. The unit would not even turn on. Upon receiving the replacement unit and charging cable, the power supply did not have the proper wattage to charge the device. Again, disappointing 😞 . I contacted the company yet again concerning this issue. I was advised that they no longer had any chargers for the unit in stock and that a refund of only $15 would be provided. Would you please locate me an OEM Dell charger for this device for $15. Well, let me tell you something. The charger that was shipped with the only working unit on the first order which is what was needed for the second cost much more than the amount that was offered as a refund. The product description said excellent condition. These devices are to go through a rigorous refurbishment process to check them for faults to see what has to be replaced or repaired. Failure on Global Certified Authentic's part. Two orders and two failures. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will steer clear in the future. Amazon should delist them until they get there act together. ... show more

Pedimos 11 equipos para una capacitación. Realmente necesitábamos 10 pero pedí uno extra por si alguno fallaba... llegaron super rápido pero lo más importante todos funcionan a la perfección. 8 parecen completamente nuevos, los otros 3 con mínimos rayones pero funcionales al 100%.

The media could not be loaded. The box was sealed, and super hard to open which is great. It’s completely sealed in bubble wrap and the charger looks great and in tact. You can plug in on either side and the set up itself was easy. I saw a review that said something about there being writing on the computer and the wrong charger but everything is beautiful about this computer! I’ll be using it for school, so it’s not for any heavy duty stuff. It’s perfect in every way and a complete STEAL! Obsessed. The chromebook works just fine and the specs are the same or better than advertised, but it is very clearly not a 2021 model. It is actually a Dell 11.6" Chromebook 11 3189 from 2018, and I have no idea why thy lied about it, I still would have bought it. I just wanted a cheap Chromebook to watch videos on, with and HDMI port, and that's what I got, but the deceit just really rubs me the wrong way. The condition of mine is pretty good but certainly not excellent. There is a small imperfection in the display, and the battery shows as 78% health. Both of which I would have expected to be fixed on a truly refurbished product. Additionally the laptop is no longer supported and will not receive updates from google any more, which is also pretty suspect considering its supposed to be 2021 model. Overall I got what I wanted, but I would recommend buying something different given the dishonesty of the description in terms of quality and the actual product. Update: The battery completely died within 3 weeks of purchase. I requested a replacement and they send me another one with 78% battery health out of the box, and it is a 2017!!!
