I read some of the reviews and I do agree with One in particular, If your going to ride on bumpy mountain trails the battery holder is not very stable, it wiggles around and I would be afraid it may come off the bike or even break off the bike. Other than that it is easy to assemble and actually rides smooth and has fast acceleration. I think the head lamp could be mounted on a more solid bracket... so I bought an after market 10,000 Lumens Head lamp that is far much better and it comes with a tail light which this bike did not. As far as my original order I had an issue with it as I paid the $1599.00 and thought I was to receive an extra battery but found out that the choices were confusing and wasted my coupon on that. I can tell you one thing ... Do not order one w/ extra battery because you will spend another $100 too much ... just order the bike all by itself, then if you want an extra battery order it separately. Over all a good bike for the $$$ ... show more

I really like this bike. It has power, it handles well, it handles hills with no problem and I get compliments on having the bike all the time. I did reach out to the supplier due to a minor issue. They responded quickly and professionally. I highly recommend getting this bike yourself.

    • A few things to know (update)

(2-26-24 )New update seller has gotten back to me has posted blame on buyer not putting tires together correctly but right out of the factory the back tire was put on that's where the issue is they still refuse to do anything about this I would look elsewhere for buying a bike contacted the seller because we're Hub axle keeps coming off while riding the nuts come loose in the rear I have been trying to resolve this issue November 25th the seller keeps ghosting me not responding for days or weeks has yet to come up with a solution and has asked me to keep the bike because it's going to be Christmas and the holiday after I threatened I wanted my money back and was going to send them back the bike buyer beware customer service is lacking big time the problem is this bike is going to hurt somebody because of this defect in it so it can't be written until fixed since is a beast of a bike it tops out at 30 mph on flat ground their 35 mph that they claim but it is plenty fast some of the screw holes for the fender were stripped upon arrival so I can't run the front fender but all in all it was a fair price it climb Hills very well I wish they had extra bolts in the package in case one was stripped from Factory ... show more

    • Very tall bike not for short to average height

I bought this bike for my husband for Christmas.He assembled it in one afternoon. He states it has a lot of power and goes up hills easily. Even fairly steep ones. He is more then satisfied with the speed and power of the motor. Frame is sturdy, battery power and endurance seem to be good, but we discovered not to leave it out on the porch when it’s cold or it drains even a fully charged battery. I chose the green and black as It’s a very sharp looking color. The drawbacks are, the height of the bar right in front of the seat. It is so tall that you can’t jump off the seat and straddle touch the ground without hitting your, em…., private parts on the bar. My hubby is 5’8” and he has to tip the bike sideways to dismount. In my opinion, you really should be around 6’ + to be able to dismount the bike the normal way. I’m 5’6” and can’t even mount the bike while it’s standing straight up. While straddling it, I have to stand on tip toes and even then my pubic bone is on the bar. I should have paid more attention to this when I read the listing. I believe the height requirement was mentioned but, said minimum 5’4” so read the details in the listing. I’m sure the 4” tires have something to do with the height as well. If I ever decide to get an e mountain bike for myself, it will be a step through style. I won’t even attempt to ride this one. Overall my husband really enjoys riding it and other than a few minor things like a broken headlight upon delivery and striped screws for the book rack in the back, he is satisfied with it and rides it most every day. ... show more

This bike arrived on time and well packaged.Forget the assembly instructions, I don’t know what they are assembling. There were some generic videos, but none showed removing a spacer in the front wheel brake caliper. To put the front wheel on I removed the caliper. Made it easy. I charged it overnight and rolled it outside. The bike is very rugged looking and intimidating to a 75 year old guy, also very heavy. You have 21 gears, but only need 5. Leave the chain on the largest front sprocket then no need to touch that shifter again! This bike flies and is a blast going through our challenging mountain bike trails. Having a powerful motor in the front wheel makes a big difference. The 4” wide off road tires will take you down the road at 35 and through the trails. I love it and so does my son. I never mentioned that for $899. it is a tremendous value. 48 volt and 2000watt power is unmatched. ... show more
