Where to begin well not what they advertise their advertising 38 mph this thing can barely do 22 mph and that's on all the settings are done properly and I've even sent them pictures. Then this thing came damaged this missing paints everywhere scuff marks on the frame that would have been from Factory because it's in pretty big box on the inside that would not been from Shipping missing paint on the handle brake bar. The brake squeal like there's no tomorrow it doesn't stop with s*** I had to redo all the brakes and still not good enough. They told me oh it's a handle brake throttle that's a lie it's a thumb throttle. Even in their manual it says hand throwing points to the hand nope that's wrong. And then you look at the picture and you think okay it's got gas rear shocked that's wrong as well that's a false advertisement it says an add-on fake empty tube that's been glued to the rear spring for looks. They should be hydraulic brakes not cable brakes. Then the front end where the screw goes into the fender flare or mud guard was completely stuck in there because the whole hole is stripped out so now I can't put the fender flare on. The front socks is missing a gasket on one side which I show them a picture of. Also the LCD screen has some weird bubble look on it it makes the numbers look distorted it's like that gasoline kind of look in water appearance on it. Also advise if you have a bad back don't use a seat it just makes it worse. 72 years old with a bad knee but this bike allows me to get to my hunting blind easily and haul equipment and 50lb bags of feed. I am very pleased. I have put heavier tires with liners and flattop to help with the thorns. I bought this bike for rough country not those paved bike trails.
