UPDATE 03/20/20: Welp, after posting my initial two star review on this product which I sent back, I was contacted pretty quickly by the company and asked to give it another try. I accepted and got the unit today. And this time it charged to 100%, and rather quickly in fact. Though in all these units, I swear that last 1% takes the longest. This time I charged via the USB-C input/output as opposed to the charge cord that came with it. And this time it came with a 51% charge. I’m leaving the original review just so you see that the only real problem I had was that the unit wouldn’t charge past 75% and now that’s been rectified. The company saw my review, wanted to make it right and they did. So now I give them 5 stars for 5 star service and a 5 star product. So good job! And if you get this one and have the same problem, no worries - these guys will take care of you! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Just got it and was happy with its compact size and that the USB-C worked with my iPad. But it came with a 70% charge. No problem there as I didn’t expect to get it full so I hooked it up to start charging. It went to 75% pretty quick but several hours later, there it still sits at 75%.     • Can't do 5V and 12V simultaneously.
I wanted to power both a 5V load and 12V (USB-PD) load at the same time, and even though both loads are fairly light, this pack just won't do it. It will handle them individually though. Besides that problem, it seems to be a good pack. It will power my TS80P soldering iron, which makes it a worthwhile purchase despite it not being suitable for the project I bought it for. ... show more

This review is from four months of ownership. The battery came with a carry pouch which is soft and sized just like the battery but longer (you could possibly fit a cable in as well), a USB C to C cable, and a USB A to C cable. The battery came with a charge of 63. It charged via a type C 18W PD charger as expected to 100. The last display digit blinks during charging. The battery feels well built, has not heated up at all to the touch during charge or discharge, and shows charge remaining instantly at the touch of the button. It charged my Google Pixel 4 XL (Pixel claimed "rapid charge") from 85 to 100 and kept it at 100 for 5 hours while phone was in use, while the AINOPE went from 100 to 84. The battery has continued to perform well for many recharges. It has been well worth the price paid. I also own a 10,000mAh model and am pleased with it as well. ... show more

I use it mostly to boost my iPad when it’s time to go to bed and play a few games and my granddaughter left my it down to 5%. AND when we travel, I use my iPhone to take pictures and sometimes halfway through the day I need a boost. Not always easy to do when you’re in the middle of the desert, so the battery pack is a life saver. The only negative in my mind is that it’s heavy, but not bad in a backpack with the weight spread in both shoulders. ... show more

Disappointed. Ordered 2; 1 was ok, came partly charged, & charged to 100%. However, the other 1 was doa & would not charge at all. Liked size & weight. Returning both as I do not feel comfortable with reliability of product. UPDATE Contacted by company 3 times asking me to accept another charger. Finally accepted. Received charger 54% charged; charged to 100 % in couple of hours. Bought for vacation & not had opportunity to test charger; however, impressed with company. Product out the box w Takes days to fully charge to 100% using a quick charge 3.0 to charge it. USB c into pd port usb c. Im sure this is a defect but should be charging much faster. I have tried charging it from multiple quick chargers usb c. Same issue. Update They sent me a new product in the mail without any issues. They have great customer service highly recommended. Bought this for my TS80 soldering iron. Works great. Capacity readout is very handy and appears to keep it's charge during storage for a very long time. I needed something very compact to travel with and this setup works great. For some reason using a USB-C to USB-C cable didn't work but I suspect the cable I tried. Very happy with this purchase and it fits in my bag's phone pocket perfectly. It's pretty much the size of 2 iPhones stacked on top of each other. ... show more

This power bank is small, a lot smaller than other 24000+ mah power banks. At first glance, I was pretty skeptic about this as it seems a little small to be this powerful. I was wrong. I fully charged the power bank and brought it with me to San Diego for my road trip. It’s definitely over 24000+mah, I already charged an iPad and iPhone XS Max twice. Still has some juice left. Definitely worth the money. I would recommend this power for travelers and those who likes to keep things small ... show more
