Bed arrived with no damage and all parts included. Blister pack is a little hard to open but prefer that to missing parts. Pieces are clearly marked and instructions are easy to follow. I’m an older female and I assembled it by myself with no trouble. The steel is strong with nice power coating. I like the way the bed is laid out. It feels sturdy, no wobbles or uneven edges. I put this together in about an hour, by myself and with limited free space. This thing is solid. Installation was simple, but I used my own tools, not those included. It doesn’t squeak or move and that was with my wife and I on it. This has been mentioned in other reviews, but it’s true. The mattress and bed skirt move VERY easily. I’ll have to look into something to stop that. I’ve got an older inner spring mattress and there’s better support than the box spring. Plenty of storage underneath, too. ... show more

I bought this bed frame for a foam mattress that is supposed to be on a frame, not a box spring. The frame is everything I wanted. But there was a problem with the installation. One of the center crossbars (item P) was missing a bolt hole. There are 2 crossbars. Each is supposed to have a hole at both ends. One of them was lacking this hole. Instead of boxing the whole thing up and returning it to Amazon I went out and bought a drill (which cost more than the bed frame, by the way). A friend actually drilled the hole because I didn't feel at all confident. After the hole was drilled, the frame came together perfectly. I wonder when I'll need that drill again... ... show more

I've had this frame for a few months now and it's incredible! Easy enough to put together with two people. Supportive, sturdy, and doesn't make a sound no matter how much you move (you know what I mean). It's leaps and bounds better than my previous metal bed frame. Be careful of stubbing your toe on the legs though... Ouch! Overall I highly recommend this frame and would definitely buy it again. ... show more

I was also able to store 3 storage bags full of winter clothes which I will be able to swap out with summer clothes once the time comes. The frame was easy to assemble.
