They arrived PDQ, thanks to all involved in that process. But and that's a BIG BUT - How can you actually rate a product if you can't consider how it performs over time. Something of this nature should exceed the five (5) "year" mark, yet I am asked for a review 5 "minutes" after I installed them. Does anyone else find this absurd, or am I the only one? Are they doing the job right now, yes - and for that they got the three star placement. After putting on my truck bed cover that is made of fiberglass it takes a little effort to close but pops the cover right up. The strong lift and hold capacity make it safe to be under the cover while raised in windy conditions as it won't budge. Very satisfied.
