I have the 2 slot box and it is absolutely perfect for what I need it to do. I leave the box at work so I can protect my watch while I'm working as a forklift mechanic. The box has enough room even for my 40-42mm dive watches so every piece in my collection is covered, if you have any of those giant G-Shock or massive Invicta's you may run out of room but maybe not. The "pillows" are just cut foam(think dish sponge) so some will see this as a negative, I see it as an choice that keeps the price low and will be very easy to cut your own custom inserts if you get foam from Home Depot. The actual box is a hard shell(it is flexible, not sure what it's made of feels stronger than cardboard but who knows) it should protect against falls about a few feet but I wouldn't expect more than that. It looks good due to the nylon weave outer covering and the felt like material inside, it should be pretty water resistant as well. The nylon zipper works and seems fine and a has a big soft rubber pull tab. I think this is a perfect inexpensive option to protect a couple of watches if you are loading in a suitcase or setting on a table with the top open or closed. There are better made more expensive boxes but it is doubtful you really need more than this one. It will suit the Rolex, Omega or Tag owners just fine and the Patek Philippe people don't shop on Amazon so just get it! ... show more

I've been looking for a travel case for watches for some time now. Found this one and I tell you is great. Tough construction, sturdy, the perfect protection for your watches. I have a couple of big watches 50mm and this case protects them. See pictures and see how those big watches lay perfectly and with plenty space. Outside the case is strong and well made, it doesn't bend nor collapse on itself. Zipper is strong and a easy slide. I looked through a ton of watch cases before deciding on this one, and I'm not disappointed. I needed something that would store my automatic watch collection without pressing on the crystals or knocking the watches together, and this fits the bill. I didn't necessarily need a "travel" watch case, but many of the jewelry box type cases had unnecessary locks or features that I wasn't interested in. The pillows in this case are cheap foam, but they are molded in a way that allows the watch face to be recessed to a degree. The case will not press on the watch crystal when closed either, and this was something that I really wanted. Fits all my big, chunky mechanical watches like the Hamilton Field (40mm) Orient defender 2 (42.8mm), and the Seiko 5 (41.0mm), but also fits my huge Garmin Instinct smart watch (50mm). No real complaints here besides the cheap foam pillows, but they work. ... show more
