the watch holder was able to accommodate my 30 to 40 mm watches with no problems. However, it was unable to securely hold smaller watches, 15 to 20 mm.

I'm sure if I was a professional horologist, these tools would be cheap junk. But for me, they solved several watch repair problems that I've been literally breaking cheaper tools on... The set paid for itself less than 15 minutes after opening the package.

    • Most of the kit is good
The metal band pin removal tool's pinpoint is so weak, it bent the first time I used it, and stopped being useful after 2 uses. Since that is the most common tool I need, I am annoyed. The affected pin pusher is removable for I'm guessing common replacements, but no replacements are included. The prying tool to remove press fit back covers isn't as thin as I think would be needed.
