Beautiful Bike but The assembly instructions. Horrible, horrible, So difficult to get from one page to the Other and make sure everything is correct. And it's not me cause I've built so many things and also I asked a friend to read it and they Had to read the instructions 20 time or more like I did. I ordered an electrical pump for the tires because this one just wasn't doing it .. I had a cracked screen, seat would not fit properly and had to drill new holes. It was not as easy as other electric bikes to assemble but I got it done. Battery looked like it was used but is working properly. Seller was very responsive, very professional and did agree to send me a new screen and refunded me $100.00 for the issues. The bike is working properly and looks really good we like it. I would buy another one from the seller. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the issues but mostly because I think they should have sent me a new battery. Rack was a little bent and had a crack in it. Wouldn’t line up with bracket. Husband is working to fix it now
