This cleaver and bone cutter set are way better than I expected. They came securely packaged with tip protectors, and in a beautiful box. I had bought these to start using but when I saw how beautiful it looked, I decided to wrap it an give it to my wife as a Christmas gift. I tested the cleaver on the cardboard box and it cut off one of the folding flaps like it was a sheet of paper, I was absolutely surprised at how sharp it was. The bone cutter or chopper as we call it, was very comfortable in my hands, it was not heavy but it was balanced enough to get the job done. Bone chopper nice and thick, this is for hacking thru bones not fine cuts. The cleaver is very sharp and cuts through roast easily. A great set. Remember to oil after use, not stainless steel.
