Used for a white out black light party in my fan light and it worked perfect. Just enough light for a living room about 17x17 or so. Didn’t get overall hot. Color was perfect black light. For the price it was a perfect fit for the party.

The media could not be loaded. So far I think these bulbs look pretty good. I bought 2 of them and plan on getting more. They are a good deal been using them 2 weeks almost. Definitely worth the money.

They're not that bright, but brighter than the Halloween Store incandescent purple bulbs. I wanted to use these for porch lights for Halloween night but they are nowhere near bright enough to pull that off, so I bought an outdoor 2 bulb light fixture and put that under the eave for as much a 'backlight' effect as I could get from these bulbs. I will keep them and use them again next year, but wish they were 4x as bright as they are. ... show more

We bought 6 of these and put them in normal lamps for our glow in the dark party and they were perfect! They worked and projected much further/better than the traditional black light bars. They made the neon colors pop in our decorations and that was so fun. And the bulbs did not get too hot so I didn’t have to worry about the kids being near the lamps.
