It was easy to put together, didn’t really know what to expect first time buying and it didn’t show any feedback, so I took a chance because of the description of the bed. It worked out really well. Had a mishap with fed ex delivery losing label so it took a few extra days to figure out label for shipping but they did and it arrived about 4 days after the expected day cause of this mishap. Also to text message to be delivered to company to get back was easy but took to the next day, would be easier if they had a customer service number to get immediate response back. Easy to assemble and heavy and sturdy our mattresses are 10 inch thick and are about an inch shy from the top bunk so might get an 8 inch mattress for the top not squeaky at all. My 11 year old and 6 year old are happy

so far it looks great seems sturdy enough, I'm happy, it was a bit hard to put it together but I finally figured it out lol....now I have to put the mattress and give it a test run. I wouldn't jump on it though because the rails that are for holding the mattress seems a bit weak...I'll update after the mattress is place and test run and will give an update on it, for that reason I'll give it a 3 star for now, other than that I like it very much. ... show more

Pro: Aesthetically pleasing. The bunk looks nice in the room & space saver. The bunk is comfortable for an adult size women. It is great for our purpose (2 small girls). The bunk is a nice size for our small room. *Nice storage underneath. Con: squeaks and wabbles when moving around on the beds. Set up. Took a couple hours but that might be on us as this is the first bunk we put together. It would be better if the metal would made it more sturdy. ... show more

The product itself is fine. What I expected at this price point. However I've built many things in my life and thus is by far a 1 out of 10 as far as the instructions go. Had to take it apart numerous times while assembling due to the un detailed instructions. Fix this please.
