My opener is a 2 year old Liftmaster, but I somehow did not get new openers and continued to use my older ones. One died recently and even a new battery did not revive it. This pair seemed worth a try and I am very pleased. The old remote had three buttons to control multiple openers or lights, but we only used one button anyway, often fumbling for the right button. This is a single button remote, which is all I need anyway. Opener is a yellow learn button. The very clear instructions explain how to switch the remote program to match the learning button color. Three seconds and it’s switched. Press the learn button on the opener and then press and hold the remote button while it scans for codes, Took less than 2 seconds, remote is now programmed, For once, the instruction sheet was very clear, with photos, and in actual English grammar!     • Easy to setup, good range
My garage door opener in my car was losing its range and I literally had to be right outside of my garage before my opener would open or close the garage door. These were super easy to set up with my garage door opener, they have great range on them, and work exactly like you would expect them to. It’s easy to change the remote in between manufacturers as well there is a single button on the back that you can push and hold to cycle between the different major garage door manufacturers.     • Works great once I figured out how to program
I was a little concerned trying to program these openers as the instructions were a bit confusing. Here are the steps you should follow to complete the programming on yours. 1. Locate the "learn" button on your garage door opener motor. 2. Press the learn button and see what color light is displayed. 3. Depending on the color of light on the motor that will determine what mode the opener needs to be in to complete programming (solid or flashing light). 4. The opener has two modes for programming, solid red light or flashing red light. To switch between them you will need to depress the small button on the back with the metal clip. 5. Once you have selected the correct mode (solid or flashing) press the learn button on the motor and then hold down the button on the opener until it clicks or the garage door opens. New home purchase only came with one garage door opener and was on its last leg can’t believe I didn’t think of ordering more sooner. These replacement openers worked excellent with my chamberlain system, syncing up was easy and took less than 5 minutes. The style looks much nicer than my old one. This worked great pairing with my garage. I followed the instructions and was able to pair it with my garage in a few minutes. It is able to operate far down my driveway so I can activate before I get to my garage. Click is responsive when pressed. I hardly ever give anything 5 stars but this remote was the easiest and fastest setup ever. After trying a few other remotes I got fed up but this one was done in under 10 seconds literally after pressing the learn button and holding down the remote button. It was done and boom I was able to open and close the garage door. Can’t get simpler than that and now I have extra remotes. Well done! ... show more
