Bought it for my office and it looks great -- very realistic (unless you look very close). I got the medium sized one and its a good size for an end table or desk. You do have to assemble it by attaching the leaves to the stems and from there you have to bend the stems to your liking. Definitely recommend, especially for the price. ... show more

Wally Bird has been STRESSED since we moved his home cage location. I’m worried about the impact on his weight (he has a vet appt, don’t worry!) but it also occurred to me his food and hunched-over body positioning might be more than our typical household going through a bad patch… I was right! His new location allows humans to ‘sneak up’ on him: from the side and behind! . I was disappointed to have to assemble the fake fern, but it was actually quite a snap. Be sure to think carefully where you want to place the 3 or 4 paler ‘new growth’ leaves. . Spreading wasn’t quite a snap, but the fake plant itself it a fairly sprawling design which made up for the lack of ease in spreading it further. . Wally’s posture has dramatically improved, overnight, and he’s actually waiting significant parts of the day before devouring his (much less, but not less than the internet says) daily food again. (He still has an appt!) He cooed his happy thanks as I left the room, upon receiving his new un-kill-able shrubbery. ... show more

I purchased the small one… It’s cute for the price. Very plasticy and fake looking up close but it looks fine if you can put it in a corner or somewhere people won’t see it up close lol. You have to assemble it yourself 😂

when i ordered, i was not aware that i had to put this thing together. for the same price, i can go to walmart, actually see what it looks like and take it home. this was not what i expected
