I just received and assembled the chair, no issues, easy assembly. Testing out comfortability, meh, about a 3 out of five, kind of stiff cushions. It is a brand new chair so I expect some stiffness. The massage features are mid, the back, and leg settings are extremely weak even on high1 out of 5, the lumbar and thigh are decent 3 out of 5. The heat feature on this chair, I'm hoping are malfunctioning because it is non existent. I will contact the seller or manufacturer, because if this is the normal intensity, I'm returning it.
