I read the negative reviews before purchasing and was afraid I would regret buying this. but ... I VERY MUCH LIKE THIS BED FRAME. the instructions are easy to follow. Use your own tools for faster assembly. A larger wrench and Allen key will get the job done easier (especially using a ratcheting wrench). I tried another brand and model before this and it doesn't compare. This frame is sturdy. All its components seem well built. When putting together corners, keep the bolts a bit loose so that everything slots in easily (that's just basic assembly tips). All measurements and holes are where they're supposed to be and tolerances are good. For reference, I am using a very heavy 18" mattress on this frame (probably weighs around 80lbs alone). With an adult on top (220lbs), it feels very sturdy and secure. doesn't wobble or move, and has very ample storage room underneath. Best value for money that I could find !! ... show more

Was easy to assemble one thing i noticed was that when the holes didnt line up properly for the middle two bars try flipping it and it should line up (test all sides before screwing them all in; it seems like the way it was made the holes were for a specific part of the frame or else it wouldn’t line up properly) . It’s not hard to put together. But I found it very difficult to be a one person job. It took over an hour for me and my dad to put together the screws took a lot of effort and forced to even get in and screw properly. Everything is tightened and it’s Sturdy but it’s wobbly. Easy to build just some basic screws and nuts. The bars are simple and strong too. It was fairly cheap and the only regret is I didn’t get a taller one, but that’s my own fault.
