    • The Peppermint Scent Is Wonderful!
What did I dislike about the product? NOTHING!!!! A house sale forced me into sharing an abode with a now former friend. That old saw about not knowing someone until you live with them is SPOT ON! I knew they had one job but never imagined that they had additional ones: hoarder and roach breeder/wrangler. I'd never visited their home but the fact that their vehicle looked lived in and had roaches, was definitely a clue that I discovered when their car was parked at my residence when they flew out of town. Well they moved and I figured whatever issue was rectified. Not so fast, upon move-in I discovered that there were additional housemates--they were out of town again. I couldn't turn back. Well anyways, these weren't city roaches, they were those gigantic country bastards, long as ones baby fingers...she said they were 'garden roaches'. I immediately called a pest control company and they came out but that can be costly . I apparently was the only one bothered. I was told by the human housemate that the garden roaches just come in for warmth and would 'leave in the spring'. Outrageous! I couldn't kill them fast enough and had difficulty sleeping with the lights off. I normally sleep in total darkness. If I came down to cook and they crawled out from under the microwave, I would shriek, kill it and return upstairs without eating. And when they happened to turn upside down and are twitching their legs attempting to right themselves--- ugh-I'm cringing just thinking about it. Anyways imagine my horror when I discovered that she was picking these things up and carrying them outside, only to enable them to beat her back into the home. I couldn't get out of there fast enough but had to reclaim and preserve the sanctity of my spot until I could get out alive. I thank the universe that I discovered this product. Mentha 16oz Insect and Pest Control Spray, saved my life and sanity. I would spray my room, around my bed, outside of the door, etc. I never again experienced an invasion. Good thing that the balance of my belongings were in storage. Unless one think me an ungrateful snowflake, I had previously allowed them to reside temporarily with me and I've lived and can tolerate or have no fears of snakes, mice, rats, frogs, bees, wasps, lizards, alligators etc. I cannot tolerate roaches, let alone the monstrosities found in the south.     • It seems to work
We have used this whenever we see mice (in the garage) rabbits (in the garden) or ants (in the house). I spray it all around the outside perimeter of the house & around the garden & on the walls where I saw ants. After using, I’ve seen none of these where I sprayed. We haven’t had mice in the garage in 2 years and my flower beds haven’t stopped being eaten up after spraying last year. I haven’t seen an ant in the house in a week since spraying. Eucalyptus spray also works, but smells stronger. My family doesn’t mind the smell of this spray. My dogs don’t seem to mind either. ... show more

    • Great for Rodent Repellent
We live on two acres in the country; occasional mice are nothing new. We have a older mobile home on the property that we use as storage; lots of boxes and tubs , tools, seasonal decorations, etc. Not rational to put out mouse traps but I couldn’t let the chewed boxes & rodent droppings go unpunished. I read that rodents don’t like the smell of peppermint. First year, I tried to order peppermint essential oil and mix my own spray up. That was sort of a good start but not a Great start….. next I ordered this spray. Awesome!!! Within two weeks(I only sprayed around that trailer once each week), all visible signs of rodents were gone!! In 6 weeks, the smell (rodents have a very distinct urine/fecal scent) was gone!! I use this spray as a preventative now; once every two weeks in the storage trailer. In our home, I spritz the cabinet where I keep cat food(we live in a mobile home, also!). I’ve shared this spray with neighbors, friends & family!! I have been buying this product for 3 years now and I’m very pleased with the results! ... show more

    • So-so in efficacy
I really like that this spray smells pleasant (essentially pure peppermint) and kills ants on the spot without using harmful chemicals. If you spray this directly on an ant, it's super effective in stopping it in its tracks instantly. However, it didn't eliminate our ant problem like I had hoped. After spraying this around every window and entryway of our house, as well as the perimeters of our kitchen cabinetry, the ants were still relentless. We ultimately ended up needing to buy traps, which solved the problem. I'm a bit disappointed, but I'll give this 3 stars due to its ability to kill ants when sprayed directly on them. ... show more

This spray smells like peppermint. It is safe for children and pets. You can spray it on carpet,furniture and around sinks basically anywhere you need to. It kills roaches,ants any insects. Dodson pest control recontrol recommended it to me

    • Doesn’t work for mice/rats.
Mouse or rat in the engine of the car after cleaning the engine area I sprayed an abundance of the product in the engine. 2 days latter mice dropping were in the engine again and my wife could here the little bugger/s. Doesn’t work disappointing save your money if the issue is rodents. Works good for outside area and flies, but I bought it for rodents. Back to the traps. ... show more

I was a little skeptical at first after reading the reviews but purchased a product myself. Thought the price was pretty good so a roach coming out of my van and sprayed it right on there and it killed it instantly and I'm like. Wow! The smells not too bad, but you definitely need to be okay with the smell of peppermint because it does have a very strong peppermint smell but fantastic! Actually have two more bottles in my shopping car for the next time I get paid to purchase...... ... show more
