Was skeptical due 2 me being 'oleskool', using the jumper cables where you had to get a boost from someone else you know. But was advised to purchase a portable jumper pack so I wouldn't have to depend on anyone else to give me a boost. It's just not 2 safe these days in today's time you know, everyone is just not as honest if you know what I mean. Needless to say, I took the chance & stepped out on faith and purchased this product and lo and behold I actually had to use them the same day I actually received them. Being someone who'd never used any type of jumpers in the my life, I had 2 call my son FaceTime to lead & guide me through the process. I was nervous & excited at the same time because I didn't want to mess up anything nor cause a spark, burn up something,lol🤦🏾♀️😹😂...cuz again I've NEVER had to personally connect the cables etc. But, they work & my car immediately cranked with no hesitation and I was able to store them back into the lovely hard case it comes with for protection and future use. Coming from a disabled woman who has lost her sense of independency in so many ways 23+ years ago, it felt good to be able to take simple instructions from my son and give my own self a jump and for that alone I am thankful/grateful & Very in love with my product!!! CONS: Now, the ONLY issue I have is... I don't like that it limits how many jumps you can actually get, it states up to 20 jumps 🤔 not sure if that's within a 365/yr time frame, monthly etc.. simply saying because again, as I stated I'm disabled so there are times my vehicle sits a minimum to 3-4 days due to me only driving when need be, as well as my health not allow me to daily &/or every other day crank my car as advised so that my battery won't die you know. Therefore someone like me may or may not need more then the 20 jumps that's listed by the company in the description and it may become a problem if God forbid I have to purchase another one. Being on SSI for those that know-know how hard it is being on mthly FIXED income can only be stretched so far, so that's my only concern. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my purchase and being able to not only gain some sense of independency back but, to be able to use my purchase the same day it arrived been at approximately 76%, then I later placed on charger after use to get 100% charge and it's now in my car which I have checked randomly to make sure it's holding a charge and it's now sitting at 98% & it's been a few days now since I actually rec:d it & had 2 use it!!! So overall, it does what it says it's going to do and it comes with everything it says it comes with at least my package did. Blessings to all who reads this sorry so long but I would rather know the ends in/ outs of something I'm purchasing as an investment vs just buying just to buy, but this is MY opinion. Couldn't see how any unit this small and compact could start a car, but didn't know how to test it. My Subaru decided to help. I still dont know why, maybe a door not shut, but I found a battery that would barely turn over the engine Got the unit from the house, reread the instructions and plugged in the clamps, tried to place red on battery terminal and in twisting it slightly the clamp halves separated. Not able to get plugs back into holes on the other piece, I used a pair of pliers to squeeze the hinge part so reconnecting. If one didnt have pliers, the fix would have been difficult. After that the hookup of both red and black went fine. And the car started as strongly as tho it had a fully charged battery!. Quite impressed. Wonder if it's safe to leave a lithium ion battery in the car which might get very hot? And how long a charge lasts.But otherwise, a good product ! Nice padded storage case. ... show more

As soon as I unboxed it, I tried the flashlight but it didn't turn on. I contacted Amazon and all they offered was either return for a full refund or keep it without a replacement option. Since it was one of their Prime specials I would pay more if I want to buy the same one since the Prime day was already over. Somehow, I was able to reach out to the seller and they willingly offered me to replace it. Guess what! I tried to turn on the flashlight to make sure that it was defective and it worked perfectly with those three different functions. Since I didn't have to get a replacement, I wrote back to the seller 'Bookoo' and they responded to my email with a line, "Let's keep in touch ". They for sure seem to know how to treat their customers well. What an excellent service! I would definitely recommend this seller with confidence! ... show more

High capacity battery has plenty of power to start almost any car or truck. Easy to use - you can't connect the cables to the unit incorrectly, and the clamps are color coded to your battery. I bought one for each of my daughters so they don't need to find a helpful soul to allow them to jump start their car - everything needed is in the handy carry case that fits easily in the trunk or under the seat of your car. ... show more

    • Good multifuntional device, But capacity is only 38wh
I am using this device for 3 major purposes: spark soldering, power bank, and car starter. On the device, it states capacity is 59wh, 4ah at 14.8v, equivalent to 16Ah at 3.7v , peak current is 1600A and start current is 800A. I didn't test the peak current, but it works better than the 100ah car battery for spark soldering which requires more than 100A peak current. When fully charged, the output voltage of the 12v outlet is 16.8v. So there are 4 Lithium batteries in series ( each 4.2v when fully charged. I believe the stated peak and start currents is for the case when 4 batteries are in parallel. So the actual peak and start currents should be 400A and 200A, which is still good for most car and truck starters. However, I am disappointed at the amount of energy could be charge in this device. I did a careful measurement for charging and discharging energies for this device. When charging from 0 to 100% through the USB-C port, it take 8 hours 18 min and 47wh. When discharging from 100 to 0 % through the QC3 port at 5V and 0.8A, it releases 30wh. Assuming the input and output conversion efficiencies of the device are similar, which is about 80%, the actual charged energy in the device is only 38wh, which is way lower than what they claimed of 59wh. ... show more
