(Green, 16G+1T SSD)This is the model that I purchased 7 weeks ago. I know nothing about the other RAM or storage levels in the other units. (1) fast and smooth, no issues with speed. start-up was flawless, and so easy I was a little concerned, I am a law student and having multiple windows, tabs, and graphics open at all times and has never slowed down (2) Battery life, I was concerned about using a 12 volt ACDC adapter but it lasts long enough 4 hours at my level of use, but I'm no gamer I imagine that would cut it in halftime. And if I just putting around on QuickBooks, I'm sure it would last all-day (3)I'm not a fan of AC. I would have preferred a C port which there is not even a port, but HDMI and 2 UsBs work great. (4) The audio quality sounds good, the microphone works well but not past ten feet so I had to buy an external mic for 10 bucks, not an issue at all (5) The screen display is perfect, so crisp 6) no touch screen, I was worried I'd been on a touch screen the last 4 years, but this is actually better I just had to relearn shortcuts, and my screen doesn't get butter fingerprints all over it The Backlight keyboard is not too bright it is just enough to work, so if you are looking for neon funk, that is not happening here 5) Keys are perfectly silent and smooth 6) Green is a fantastic color My only issue is that I cant find specs online so right now my battery driver (because of windows 11 update) is jacked up and I went to drain the battery and I cant find it. I removed the back of the laptop, and WTF? I have no idea; I went up the street to the local PC guy, and he wouldn't help because he doesn't know the brand; I am currently waiting for customer service to get back to me to walk me through the process and send me specs. if I am claiming to support the little guys, I have to be willing to buy generic and risk the outcome. This is the best risk I have taken in a while. totally worth it and I'm sure my windows issue will be resolved soon. After 6 weeks RETURNED minus restocking fee because it was past the deadline. Edit: This ended up being a hardware issue and was not an easy fix. The battery is not placed where the casing was designed to hold a battery. The battery was rerouted to an alternate battery deep inside. The keyboard stopped working and when I went to do a hard reset so that I could return it without my information being inside it wouldn't allow me to reagentc /enable recovery mode because the recovery image location had been changed, spent hours looking for it in the shell. Omfg Took way too long for CS to respond from store and manufacturer never responded to emails. I tried to give the little guy a chance but I got burned. Pretty computer and was fun while it lasted beautiful graphics great speed but poorly made ... show more

Love the color of this laptop! Exactly the color I wanted and ALL of it is rose gold 🩷! Comes with the office suite already installed. Easy to load all my items from other items (USB, external hd, etc). I'm not using it for gaming, mostly home use. Would recommend.

I purchased this computer for school on August 15 and by November 11 it would no longer turn on the screen turned completely black and it does not work at all. It said automatic repair before it died . I am disappointed it took three months to break down it appeared to be okay at first. Warning do not buy this computer unless you want a computer that will break and it was a waste of money . DO NOT BUY it has hardware issues after the 90 day point ... show more

The Remote Desktop Connection (RDC/RDP) is very cool that comes with the Windows 11 Pro. Very Happy with this Laptop. It was a Replacement for My Wife's 10 year old HP, that cost me $1,500. I was very excited to start using my new laptop today. It arrived on time and the box appeared to had been handled with care. Upon opening I noticed the laptop was broken at the hinge and thought the box must’ve been dropped. I examined the laptop closer and noticed the top was dirty! I opened the laptop to find the screen was dirty and the keyboard was covered in food. Disgusting. I packaged the laptop back up as it was delivered and will be returning it.
