THIS SCOOTER WAS ORDERED PRE-ASSEMBLED FOR DELIVERY. NOT SURE IF COMPANY INSPECTED PIECES DURING ASSEMBLY. BUT I DO KNOW THE TRIPLE TREE SECTION OF THE SCOOTER IS EITHER VERY INFERIOR QUALITY OR INTERMITTENLY DEFECTIVE. THE TRIPLE TREE SET UP ON THE FRONT WHEEL AND STEERING TOTALLY TWISTED WITHIN 160 MILES CAUSING THE FRONT TIRE TO CONTACT THE BODY AND RESULTING IN FLIPPING ME OVER THE FRONT END WITH THE SCOOTER FOLLOWING IN THAT FLIP. COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED OR MAIMED. I WAS EXTREMELY LUCKY. WORKING ON GETTING A NEW TREE FROM COMPANY, BUT NOT SURE IF I WILL EVER FEEL SAFE ON IT EVEN IF THEY DO SEND REPLACEMENT PART. BEARINGS ARE ALSO VERY INFERIOR ON STEERING SHAFT. NOT SURE WHICH BROKE DOWN FIRST. BUT EXTREMELY LIFE THREATENING POOR QUALITY OF TRIPLE TREE ASSEMBLY. ADD ON TO ABOVE COMMENT: WORKED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PARTS DEPT, WHO SENT A NEW ASSEMBLY ALSO BEARINGS AFTER LETTING THEM KNOW OF INCIDENT AND A FRONT WHEEL REPLACEMENT AS WHEEL ALSO WAS SLIGHTLY BENT.NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL REASSEMBLT AND TEST RIDE. These scooters has lot of problems and I don’t think it was manufactured ones. Very disappointed with all the issues I am facing. Better spend few more dollars and buy a better one. I have been dealing with customer service and too many issues one after other.

Moped is really nice quality scooter. Its beautiful. Got the white! Delivery was easy and the moped was placed right in my garage in wooden shipping crate. In perfect condition. I had a little paperwork snafu which I needed to resolve but this company was more than helpful. The customer service was excellent and they are very nice to work with. The media could not be loaded. I paid extra so the moped came assembled right to my doorstep. I changed the oil and put gas in before starting it, like you’re supposed to. It has been working amazing so far. It goes 60mph! Love my new moped.
