I ordered the twin pack of these for me and my son, I am a mechanic at a power plant, we took our time during assembly. We also checked everything out again after a 15 mile ride. Week one I thought these were the best thing since sliced bread. My son told me his screen stopped working but the bike was fine. Then his bike started cutting in and out, until it finally stopped working all together. I had to have surgery and was unable to make any kind of repairs and buy the time I could look at the bike I was 2 days past the rerun window for Amazon. As I begin to start conversations with the seller I can’t believe it’s 3 days between each email. And after another few weeks they finally send out a motor controller and a new wire harness. Now that I’ve taken 3 hours out of my day, the bike still won’t run. The screen still don’t work and the bike has no propulsion. In the two months my son has been riding the 2nd bike that came in our two bike set it has started to develop the same issues. My son rides to and from school about 4 blocks. And to the Havasu channel , or Main Street about 5 miles away. The customer service is crap. The quality of the bike is worse. I should not be replacing wire harness and electronics and completely taking the bike apart two months after purchase. Save your self the headache and the money it from someone that will actually talk to you or help you if needed. ... show more

The LED screen was literally broken right off the handle bars while AT THE FACILITY because they instead of switching it for an unbroken one, just put cheap double sided tape. I told them, sent pictures immediately, TWO WEEKS LATER and still nothing. Does NOT go 30mph, does NOT go 60 miles. I would steering clear of this bike folks. I wasted $1000. ... show more
