My hubby gets compliments on his bike wherever he goes. He loves it! it's his commuter bike to work to an area with no bike path, and we have some steep hills, damaged roads from potholes and tree roots, etc. He has no problems with getting there with this bike, it's made his commute easier, safe, and no more bus rides for him. Great bike, speed is excellent, silent, comfy ride, super sturdy, very easy to put together. EXCELLENT customer service! They have responded extremely quickly to our questions and concerns. We are so happy with product function, aesthetic and companies assistance. I highly recommend this item. Just FYI, since it is designed as a sturdy product, it's heavy. If you need to take this up/down stairs, keep in mind you will need to do a bit of a work out; it's 70pounds. If you never need to lift this bike or if you have an elevator, you need to own this bike. We go around UC San Diego with this and around La Jolla, all the way down the coast. It's awesome! First this is a really great looking bike and the body is a bit unique. You will get compliments all the time. The ride is smooth and the bike is easy to operate. Putting it together took time but the video made it easy to do. It does go pretty fast. Brakes work but be extra careful if it has rained. I suggest not using it in the rain but if you must be extra cautious. The fat tires make the ride more smooth and the seat is comfortable. I do suggest you give your bike maintenance by tightening all the screws and such every few weeks. Also customer service has been excellent. I do not regret buying this bike. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It goes decently fast for what it cost, on rough old asphalt it can reach 28mph. Uphill at a slight grade gave me 22mph. On flat dirt trails it can go 22mph which is super fun. It sure beats my previous 350w by a long shot. On top of that the it looks much better and has a comfy seat with adequate shocks. The turn signals are cool, the horn is decently loud, and the headlight is bright enough. The Shimano break calipers and gears are also nice. My only complaints are that the front break squeaks which might just need more breaking in, and that the QR sticker on the display uses too sticky glue making a mess. Very fun ride for a competitive price! EDIT: Brakes are not shimano, and the discs are not very good. could use an upgrade in the brakes for sure. ... show more

Arrived damaged, late, with no response from the seller. They didn't tell me, if ound out the hard way. NOTHING ON THE BIKE IS WATERPROOF. THE HUB MOTOR IS TRYING TO LOCK UP. I got caught in the rain last night and it rode fine the 1.5 miles I had to get home, this morning, motor made constant noise, shutting off and all together not working. I would not recommend buying this ebike. It showed up 2 days after the scheduled delivery and I had to drive all over town to hunt it down. Just overall disappointment with this bike and this company. All I asked for was a replacement part, the switch that turns the dam thing on!!! It showed up broken, thankfully I was able to get another switch and fix it myself. Just nothing but problems since I got it. Looks cool, just not a good quality product. ... show more

Bought this e-bike for our mature 12 year old son after his Jetson was not holding up very well. This e-bike is holding up surprisingly well as our son is on it all the time. My husband and I often steal it from him to go for a ride. We had a couple small damages from the shipping process but the seller was great and even sent replacement parts. Love the LED screen and that you can easily see the battery level and MPH, also that there are different speed settings, as we don't want him using it full speed just yet. The battery sits a little loosey goosey but still does what it's supposed to do! We are planning to buy our other son one in the next few months we love it so much. ... show more

The bike is great, a little bigger then I thought it would be but that’s good! Not too hard to put together, just put aside about an hour of your time for it. Works great, goes fast and the shocks work great too. Hardly felt any bumps. Love that it also has a blinker on it lol everyone who sees me say, no way yours has blinkers! Like that’s the exciting part about it to others lol. But I am giving it 4 stars because of what I had to deal with Before it was finally delivered, there was a shipping problem. It said it was attempted to be delivered but no one showed up and they said they tried and then was going to come back in two days but I had my door open and dogs by the door so they would of barked and nothing happened! So I had to call and found out that it was delivered to another state and of course my heart dropped that’s an $1200+ Bike that went to someone else! Amazon contacted the seller and they contacted me with in about 12hours and tried to get it all worked out for me, the Bike actually showed up the same day as the phone call to Amazon, maybe about 1 hour later. The tracking was wrong on my page and it gave me someone else’s tracking! But all was sorted out in the end and the Bike is great! Both Amazon and the seller were very helpful and got it figured out!!!! But still the whole experience made me give it 4 stars only! 5 for the bike. But 4 for the experience and what I had to deal with! ... show more
