Can't say enough about it other than maybe the manual could be a little better for somebody that's not real familiar with computers. But it's hard to say anything bad about this computer excellent battery life, the real bargain is the one terabyte solid state drive model. I went back and forth with their customer service about a spare charger. They were very quick and helpful in their responses. This is one of the best buys I have ever made from Amazon. The computer is excellent, very fast and easy to use. They went to a lot of work to make this laptop "just right". Many kudos to them for the product and customer service. I purchased this laptop on April 17 and received it the very next day on April 18. I've been using it ever since mainly for basic tasks like browsing the web, using Microsoft office, watching YouTube, movies etc. I must say at first i did not expect too much out of this laptop but it sure packs a lot of great and high end features this should be consider a midrange laptop due to its specs it offers. Its definitely close to a flagship performance laptop. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this lightweight powerful laptop i highly recommend it and oh yeah its budget friendly too so you don't have to spend thousands of dollars on an affordable laptop. I'm giving it four stars because it should really have much better battery life. This one is only about an hour. But for $300, you won't find another that has a good processor with 16 gb ram and comes with both Windows 11 Pro and the full Microsoft Word suite of applications.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this 15-inch laptop and have been thoroughly impressed by its overall performance. The screen, in particular, is absolutely stunning, making every movie, image, and document look vibrant and crystal clear. The first thing that caught my attention was the gorgeous display. The colors are vivid, and the HD resolution truly makes visuals come to life. Whether I'm watching a movie, browsing the web, or working on graphic design projects, the screen never fails to impress me. The keyboard, admittedly, took me a little while to get used to. The layout is slightly different from what I'm accustomed to, but once I familiarized myself with the keys, typing became a breeze. The keys are responsive, and I appreciate the nicely spaced design. Now, I find myself typing with ease and rarely making any mistakes. What adds to the typing experience is how comfortable the keyboard feels. The keys have a satisfying travel distance and a pleasant tactile feedback that enhances the overall typing experience. Even during long writing sessions, my fingers don't experience any discomfort or fatigue. Apart from the visual and typing aspects, this laptop boasts impressive performance as well. It handles multitasking effortlessly, and the processor ensures smooth navigation and speedy response times. Haven’t done any benchmarks on it, but so far quick start ups doing all your basic stuff on a computer for spreadsheets opening documents webpages emails basically everything except gaming haven’t tried that. It works well, The screen is vivid, hinges are tight, no flex in chassis, keys feel good under your fingertips! Charging port feels secure when you plug it in no play no wobbles I’m not gonna compare the battery life to my MacBook Pro but why would I last for a few hours sitting on your lap on the couch. ... show more
