These herbs smell lovely. With it being so cold out we don't really have an issue with pests right now, but I think this is worth using just for the scent. It smells good and is enough to help cover some of the usual coop smell, even if you do deep litter like we do. The herbs are in larger chunks which is good, makes it easier to handle and hopefully won't sink under the chips too easily. ... show more

All bags were very fresh, scent is absolutely delightful! I used one in each coop for the bedding, they'll probably pick thru it. Will definitely work well to deter bugs and things from the coop naturally.
