The quality of this mattress is good too. I think it will cost double or triple to get the same comfort level if you go with the traditional spring mattress. This mattress is a lesson in you get what you pay for and that you cannot trust Amazon reviews all the time. We have bought multiple beds online and have never really been let down so I could trust my processes. We had a lower budget than I would have liked for our guest room, so I did my best to review all the reviews I could and look for keywords... The mattress that showed us is not at all what I expected. Pros: - It's a bed. - It came in a box. - It was easy to get in and opened up. - It's better than the floor or our couch for guests. Cons: - This is not a hybrid mattress. It is a spring mattress. - It is not firm, at all. - The edges and corners have zero support, so if someone is an edge sleeper, they would roll right off. - After 48 hours, it is still not symmetrical and the top sticks out of our current bedframe. - I had to go to the store and purchase two mattress toppers because I could feel the springs through the top. Since I ended up having to buy toppers, I guess I could have increased my budget and gotten a slightly nicer mattress but alas that's all in hindsight. I will be looking into the return process but assume it's too complicated and I just need to start saving to replace this thing as soon as possible. ... show more
